Services for Partner-Driven Upgrade
SignUp's Commitment to Upgrade Support
SignUp commits to supporting the Partner in upgrading the Software within the Customer's environment by providing the following upgrade services at the price specified in the Agreement:
Project meetings
- Start Meeting:
SignUp will arrange a start meeting to discuss the structure and scope of the Upgrade Services with the Customer and/or BC Partner.
Setup of test environment for ExFlow Data Capture
- SignUp will (if needed) create a ExFlow Data Capture test environment as a copy of the current production environment for BC Online and provide API accounts for establishing the connection. If the ExFlow Data Capture test environment is needed or not will be decided during the start meeting.
Technical support
- Signup will arrange a technical meeting to discuss the upgrade path. The technical upgrade will subsequently be carried out by the partner during the BC upgrade. In the meeting, Signup will provide a walkthrough of the steps and share the necessary tools and documentation.
Go-Live Activities
Signup will prepare the existing ExFlow Data Capture environment for transfer to BC and create API accounts that will be sent to the partner. Subsequently, the setup in BC will be completed by the partner.
The Partner will configure ExFlow settings for the BC production environment
SignUp will support the Partner in resolving any issues during the Go-Live phase and ensure a smooth transition to the upgraded system.
