SERVICES

The Supplier undertakes to assist the Customer in the implementation of the Software in the Customer's environment by providing the following Implementation Services at the price set out in the Agreement.

1.1

Kick-off meeting

The Supplier will arrange a kick-off meeting where the structure of the Implementation Services will be discussed with the Customer. This activity can be merged with the technical meeting & preparations activity.

1.2

Technical meeting & preparations

The Supplier will arrange a technical meeting to inform about the technical requirements and gather technical information impacting the project. The results will be a configuration form for making the system setup and identify any potential gaps. Alternatively, the Customer themselves fill out the configuration form and hand it to the Supplier.

1.3

Configuration

The Supplier will complete the parameter setup for one (1) company. If the Customer requires setup of additional companies this will be provided at the Supplier's rates for Consultancy Services set out in the Agreement.

1.4

One-hour training for the Customer's employees

The Supplier will arrange a one-hour training session for the Customer's employees responsible for accounts payable.

1.5

Project management

Project management services are not included in the price for the Implementation Services. Project management is considered a Consultancy Service and is provided at the price for Consultancy Services set out in the Agreement.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

The Supplier's delivery of the Implementation Services is dependent on that the Customer is active in the implementation and provides reasonable assistance. The Customer will therefore be required to:

Assign a project leader within the Customer's organization responsible for allocating resources and managing work related to the implementation of the Software and for all contacts with the Supplier;

2.2

At the Customer's own expense, arrange a remote connection for the Supplier to the Customer's environment if any local connector installations will be done;

2.3

If any other invoice data transport stream is implemented by any other party than the Supplier, it will be the Customer's responsibility to make sure that the data is adopted to the Supplier's specified format. If the Customer requires any assistance with the format, the work will be considered a Consultancy Service, and isprovided at the price for Consultancy Services set out in the Agreement;

Ensure that a sufficient amount of qualified personnel from the Customer's organization is available throughout the implementation and testing phases;

Notify the Supplier without undue delay of any defects in the Software or implementation thereof discovered during the Customer's testing

Notify the Supplier
